Das fruchtige Öl aus der Hojiblanca-Olive weist eine blattgrüne Farbe auf. Das Aroma ist eine Mischung aus fruchtigen Noten und Avocado. Im Mund erinnert es leicht an grünes Gras und hinterlässt einen lang anhaltenden Nachgeschmack an mittlerer Bitterkeit und Schärfe. Hojiblanca eignet sich hervorragend zur Zubereitung von Salaten und Vorspeisen wie z.B. Carpaccio. Auch zur Verfeinerung von Suppen zu empfehlen.
